So, I've ordered things before through the Chinese website dhgate.com. It's similar to aliexpress or alibaba or dealextreme - cheap products, free shipping etc etc
So the last thing I ordered from them was just over two years ago, when I lived in the US. I used my card attached to my US bank account. I still have the account, but that card expired and I was sent a new one. Either way, I wanted to buy a product now and pay for it using my Israeli card attached to my Israeli account. I no longer have the funds to use my American account.
So on 20th August I logged in to my account, put a product in my cart, and tried to input my Israeli credit card number in order to pay. The website informed me that I could not use that card and basically locked my account.
I immediately contacted the website to inform them that I wanted to pay, and could they please unlock my account so that I can complete my order
